Sales Manager

- Develop and execute the company's sales strategy.
- Set revenue targets and KPIs.
- Monitor competitor sales activities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Conduct monthly sales reviews with managers to assess performance against KPIs.
- Present quarterly and annual sales results to the Management committee.
- Implement and oversee an effective sales training program.
- Negotiate and secure customer contracts.
- Implement best sales practices across the business unit.
- Drive sales growth through new business initiatives.
- Speak at industry conferences and events to promote company products and services
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or related field
- A minimum of 8 years of experience as Sales in electronics, home appliance, gadget or related
- Experience in team management over 15 subordinates
- Strong in IT products is a big plus
