Key Account Manager

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts in the oil and gas sector.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries and issues.
• Proactively identify and anticipate client needs.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Develop and present customized solutions to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, project management) to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
• Conduct market research and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and prompt resolution of any issues.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical), Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales or account management within the oil and gas industry.
• Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Good command in English (Able to travel overseas)
