Senior Highway Engineer

Job Description
- Lead the design and development of highway projects utilizing Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
- Create detailed engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Perform site inspections and assessments to collect data and ensure adherence to design standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions.
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in highway engineering and design.
- Expertise in Civil 3D and AutoCAD is crucial.
- In-depth knowledge of highway design standards and regulations.
- Outstanding project management and leadership capabilities.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
