1. Administration for Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory (AD) on VMware
2. Managing, configuring, and troubleshooting IT hardware and infrastructure services
3. Providing IT support and technical assistance e.g. Office365
4. Managing the IT aspects of employee onboarding/offboarding
5. Maintaining IT documentation and IT assets inventory
6. Maintain inventory of hardware, software, and other IT supplies
7. Offer technical assistance for queries/issues related to computer systems, hardware, switch network, wifi services
8. Support in developing and maintaining vendor relations and license management
9. Firewall administration IPS/IDS Policy designs, managements and log analysis
10. Network administration, investigation and troubleshooting
11. Engage in research for new software/tools to support purchasing efforts
12. Manage, configure, and troubleshoot IT apps services (Microsoft products)

- Male or Female age between 27-40 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management information System or related fields
- ***Systems administration experience (2-5 years preferred)***
- Experience with Hyper Converged VMware, Nutanix and Etc.
- Experience with Office365 or Azure Cloud preferred Microsoft products
- Strong understanding of disaster recovery and system backup procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Good command of written and reading in English.
