Compensation and Benefit Executive (Based in Amata Nakhon Industrial Estate)
บริษัท จัดหางาน มายด์เอจ จำกัด- Handle the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely salary payments, including preparation and submission of monthly and yearly reports in compliance with company policies and Thai labor laws.
- Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits data in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support compensation and benefits benchmarking activities by collecting market data to ensure competitive packages and alignment with industry standards.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing compensation and benefits policies to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Prepare remuneration packages for new hires and promotions, ensuring compliance with company policies and market practices.
- Provide advice and support to employees and managers regarding compensation and benefits policies and processes, fostering a clear understanding and alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage employee insurance, provident funds, and other benefit schemes.
- Coordinate and support audits and compliance checks related to payroll and benefits administration.
- Monitor trends and legislative updates in compensation and benefits to recommend necessary adjustments or improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits, preferably within a multinational company.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good understanding of Thai labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with employees and management.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
