Objective:
Our objective is to strategically plan and manage our human resources through thorough analysis, forecasting, and workforce planning.
The primary goal is to carefully select individuals who meet the criteria of "A-Players" – candidates of exceptional talent and capability – to join our team.
"A Player" Criteria:
To ensure a high level of proficiency, experience, and demonstrated success in the candidate's background, we seek
individuals who meet the following criteria:
Proficiency in English:
Demonstrates fluency in both spoken and written English.
Relevant Work Experience:
Possesses a minimum of two years of experience in a relevant field.
Outstanding Achievements:
Demonstrates a history of outstanding achievements, such as successful participation in competitions or notable accomplishments.
Certifications:
Holds specific certifications related to the field, focusing on recognized certifications that validate expertise.
By adhering to these criteria, we aim to build a team of exceptional individuals who will contribute significantly to our organization's success.

Business Partnering:
Propose HR solutions that align with company goals, influencing managerial decisions and enhancing skill sets.
Support talent development, career growth, and workforce planning.

Employee Relations:
Manage employee relations in accordance with local laws and company strategy.
Train management and employees in effective people management and employee relations practices.
----------------------------------------
HR Operational Efficiency:
Align HR activities with business objectives within the local legal framework.
Work with various HR teams to enhance people processes and provide seamless HR support.
Facilitate the integration of new processes, tools, and services.
💡 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Political Science, Business Management, or related fields
- At least 3 years experience in recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, focusing on IT/Tech
- Strong experience and excellent knowledge in recruitment and employee relations.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with a good sense of service-minded, energetic, and creative mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strong sense of urgency
- Growth mindset who prefers to work as a good team player is preferable
- Good command of English as verbal and written skills
