Senior Sale Executive

Sells the Company’s ES products and services, identifies market needs and operates sales and marketing strategies to support the Company’s strategic goals and ensures business growth in the Company’s Electronic Security (ES; CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm, etc.) products and services within the segmentation of clients as assigned.
2. Achieves the business unit’s sales volumes/ targets as assigned either quarterly or yearly.
3. Achieves personal sales volumes/ targets as planned quarterly/ annually.
4. Achieves personal sales calls/ visits as planned monthly.
5. Designs and prepares CAD draft works for customers’ review and projects’ installation planning.
6. Works closely with engineers/ technicians in delivering projects’ accurate installation and commissioning.
7. Develops business relations with all customers and seeks out new customers and sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new businesses.
8. Demonstrates and describes ES products’ features to prospective customers.
9. Reports to the Sales Manager weekly & monthly sales and orders status.
10. Works closely with Sales Manager on processing and updating marketing research/ information.
11. Ensures clients are treated properly and consistently satisfied with the Company’s professional sales and services before- and after-sales.
12. Follows up all leads closely ensuring that no lead disappears.
13. Ensures that all quotes are submitted which are complete in every detail and which offer a full security solution to the client offering the best equipment at the best price within the Company’s guidelines.
14. Provides all kinds of technical/ engineering supports towards clients and internal operations teams when needed.
15. The position is responsible for coordinating and proceeding debt collection process in order to support the Company’s cash flow and financial matters.
- A degree in Business Administration – Sales & Marketing is required/ preferred.
- A minimum 5 years of sales/marketing knowledge, skills, experience in general industry/ companies/ organizations.
- Good English communications and computer competencies.
- Business acumen, detailed, well-organized and independent ability.
- Standard competencies for L8E as follows; Adaptability, Analytical Thinking, Teamwork, Communications, Listening and Ethics.
