หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

สถานที่ทำงาน : Digital Government Development Agency (Public Organization) - DGA / ถ.แจ้งวัฒนะ

วัน-เวลา ทำงาน : 8.00 - 17.00 / 8.30 - 17.30 / 9.00 - 18.00 / 9.30 - 18.30 / Flexible Hour

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

ติดตั้ง ดูแล และจัดการการเข้าถึงทรัพยากร ระบบเครือข่าย และระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ
บริหารจัดการความปลอดภัยของระบบ รวมถึงการสำรองข้อมูล และป้องกันภัยคุกคามทางไซเบอร์
ตรวจสอบและติดตามสถานะการทำงานของระบบ (Performance Monitoring) พร้อมทั้งเฝ้าระวังและประเมินคุณภาพบริการ
จัดทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับสถานะของระบบและผลการปรับปรุงแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ให้กับผู้บริหาร
วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคทั้งในส่วนของฮาร์ดแวร์และซอฟต์แวร์ เพื่อให้ระบบสามารถทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง
อัปเดตซอฟต์แวร์และทำการตรวจสอบความปลอดภัย เช่น VA Scan เพื่อป้องกันภัยคุกคาม
จัดทำบันทึกการตั้งค่า การบำรุงรักษา และการแก้ไขปัญหาของระบบให้ครบถ้วนและถูกต้อง
ศึกษาและทดสอบเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ เช่น ระบบคลาวด์, การจัดการคอนเทนเนอร์ (เช่น Docker, Kubernetes)
ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

คุณสมบัติ

อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีในสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์คอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสบการณ์การทำงานในตำแหน่งที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 4 ปี
มีประสบการณ์ในงานด้านการบริหารจัดการระบบ (System Administration) และการบริหารข้อมูล (Data Administration)
มีประสบการณ์ในการติดตั้งและดูแลระบบเซิร์ฟเวอร์ (Linux, Windows) รวมถึงบริการคลาวด์ (AWS, Azure)
มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการระบบเครือข่ายและ Firewall
มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้เทคโนโลยีคอนเทนเนอร์ (Docker, Kubernetes) เพื่อการปรับใช้และบริหารจัดการแอปพลิเคชัน
มีประสบการณ์ในการวางแผนและติดตามประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของระบบ (Performance Monitoring)

ความสามารถเฉพาะทาง:

การจัดการฐานข้อมูล เช่น MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Microsoft SQL Server
การใช้บริการคลาวด์ เช่น AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform
การใช้งานและตั้งค่า Docker และ Kubernetes

ทักษะพิเศษ:

ความสามารถในการเขียนสคริปต์เพื่ออัตโนมัติงาน เช่น Bash (Linux), PowerShell (Windows) หรือ Python
การใช้เครื่องมือ Monitoring เช่น Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus, Elastic Search, หรือ SolarWinds
