หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Job Description

- Source, Screen and Interview potential candidates for permanent and casual hirings.

- Create Job Descriptions & Job Specifications with HR team and Line Managers

- Act as a Business Partner to departments / units managers to help optimize recruitment goals and plans

- Create and Review monthly recruitment reports in accordance to SLA guidelines

- Process weekly part-time payments and internship payments in accordance with company policies and relevant labor laws.

- Conduct manpower planning along with talent acquisition on a monthly/ quarterly basis.

- Prepare details, documents, and data to support recruitment processes.

- Take part or lead (as deemed appropriate) in designing/developing new HR initiatives as well as planning, projects, and policies.

- Collect relevant data and information then create project related documents upon request such as back up data for presentation etc.

- Be the project coordinator to run ad-hoc project smoothly among working team, consultant, and business units.

คุณสมบัติ

Job Specification

- 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment and/or HR Operations.

- Bachelor's and/or Masters in Organizational Development, Psychology or related fields.

- Knowledgable in Thai labor laws and HR best practices

- Highly Proficient in English (TOEIC 800+) and Microsoft Tools.

- Love project management and coordinating with various teams

- A great communicator with an even greater heart that focuses on empathy.

- Comfortable in working in a SME sized company with multi working stations and hybrid working policy

- Detailed oriented with organized management skills

- Dynamic, Flexible and Adjustable to hybrid operational processes

- Thrive to work in a fast paced environment

- Workplace located near MRT Ladprao
