o Design utilization of facilities, equipment, materials including conducting tests and evaluates integrated
systems to manage industrial production processes and improves efficiency of production operations.
o Plans and designs new production processes. Produces details of specifications and outline designs
o Creates work instruction and tree diagram for support production
o Reviews production schedule, engineering specifications, orders
o Drafts and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency using tools
o Time studies and work measurement for standard time update both of assembly process and injection parts
o Regulates and alters workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to expedite production operations
o Monitors and improves manufacturing processes and ensure all products meet customer specification
o Analyzes problems to find out root cause and take actions within a time frame that maintains customer satisfaction.
o Reviews specification and/or requirement from Production, Quality Control, Sales, Marketing and or related parties and notify or contact them right away if any failure observed.
o Estimates production costs, cost saving methods, and the effects of product design changes on expenditures for management review, action, and control
o Confers with related parties and superiors regarding product and production specifications, manufacturing capabilities, or project status.
o Follows up and evaluates new project including making conclusion of the result
o Discusses and solves problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers;
o Records or oversees recording of information to ensure currency of engineering drawings and documentation of production problems
o Complete production reports and lists of material, tool, and equipment
o Coordinates and implement quality control objectives, activities, or procedures to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, or minimize costs.
o Coordinates and/or leads for productivity improvement activity such as KAIZEN, 5S and/or others projects that implemented in the Company. o Evaluates precision and accuracy of production and testing equipment and engineering drawing to formulate corrective action plan. o ERP Database Administrator, to create, maintain, review and update.
Qualifications:
o Based Bangplee Factory KM 16.5
o Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Production Engineering or related fields 2-4 years’ experience in engineering activities.
o At least 3 years practical experience in manufacturing environment
o Experience in industrial engineering and ERP application (SAP) will be preferable
o Knowledge of production processes, raw materials, quality control, cost and other techniques,
for maximizing the effective manufacturer and distribution of goods.
o Ability to apply principles, techniques, procedures and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services
o Ability to review information from materials, events or the environment to detect or assess problems
o Ability to inspect equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
o Ability to drafts, design and draw layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency.
o Good interpersonal, communication and consultative skills
o Detail and quality oriented
o Fluent command of spoken and written English
o PC literacy, and ability to apply AutoCAD
