Senior ERP Support (D365)

1. Manage and support overall ERP and application of group company.

2. Working closely with partner to support all case or issue.

3. Support Finance & Operation , Supply chain module.

4. Support various project implementations like blueprinting workshops , implement , UAT , training , go-live , support , MA etc.

5. Support both day-to-day operations and project member assigned.

6. Analyze and solve the problem of the client requested cases.

7. Create user guide to support the client requirements.

8. Available to contact with the client in any urgent cases on weekend or holiday.

1. Bachelor degree ( IT , Computer engineering , Accounting )

2. At least 2 years experience to manage and support ERP Microsoft dynamic 365 (F&O module).
