SOC Engineer (Security Operation Center) at Chiang Mai

• Ensure customer service levels are in accordance with SLAs and service contracts.
• Continuously monitor and alert about computer and information security systems.
• Control the direction of computer and information security systems.
• Ensure ease of viewing customer usage volume.
• Provide operational security services as appropriate.
• Coordinate with relevant teams and customers in providing services or advice.

• Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree, B.Eng./B.Sc. in Computer, Information, Electrical, Telecommunications or related fields.
• Experience: 0-2 years (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Have knowledge and understanding of computer systems and network system computer information system.
• Have knowledge of operating systems, server equipment, virtualization systems, backup systems, network systems.
• Have good communication skills.
• Able to work in shifts
