PCBA Layout Assessment
- Check and analyze the PCBA layout design to ensure efficiency and compliance with production standards.
Production Line, Equipment, and Tooling Assessment
- Evaluate the condition and efficiency of the production line, including machinery, equipment, and tooling used in the manufacturing process.
Consumables and NPT Import Management
- Oversee the procurement and import of non-production (NPT) and consumable materials to ensure availability and cost efficiency.
Local Chemical Import Management
- Ensure the import of chemicals complies with local laws, regulations, and safety standards.
Manufacturing EHS Management and Audit
- Assess and ensure compliance with environmental (E), occupational health (H), and safety (S) management systems in the production process.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing, production line assessment, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of PCBA layout design and evaluation
- Familiarity with chemical import regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong understanding of Environmental, Health, and Safety
