Strategic Planning Manager

- Running quantitative research groups; using a variety of market research data to monitor cultural and social trends and their impact on consumers’ attitudes, behaviors and perceptions
- Crafting briefs including target market analysis, personas, customer journeys, actionable consumer insights and key messaging recommendations to establish a winning strategy plan
- Creating Business solution strategy, Branding communication strategy, Political communication plan, Digital Marketing plan, then presenting to the clients for an approval
- Presenting the strategy plan to the team including Creative team, Designer team, Sales team with clearly defined brief
- Be a leader for internal meeting to ensure the entire campaign aligns with the strategy plan
- Managing, educating team members to build a strong planning team.
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
- Minimum 5+year experience in Strategic Planner leadership role, Marketing Communication, Branding communication or related field in agency or corporate setting
- Fluent in speaking, reading and writing in English
- Excellent research and analytical thinking skills
- Experience managing a team
- Experience in advertising agency, marketing agency, digital media agency is advantage
- Strategic thinking, analytical thinking and excellent in communication skill
- Annual leave 8 days (Able to take annual leave 8 days per year once complete 1 year of working)
