As a Middle-Level Lawyer, you will:
• Handle corporate registrations, licensing, and regulatory compliance for businesses.
• Advise on M&A transactions, comprehensive due diligence, contract negotiations, and corporate structuring.
• Assist clients with cross-border business transactions and investment projects.
• Liaise with government authorities for permits, approvals, and compliance matters.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal solutions to international clients.
What We’re Looking For
• A qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of experience in corporate law, licensing and permits, M&A, and international transactions.
• Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
• Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Thai (additional language skills such as Mandarin are a plus).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager to learn, develop professionally, and take on new challenges and experiences.
