Research Engineer
- Control testing procedures, test, research activities for prototype machine.
- Evaluation of testing result and reporting of testing.
- Analysis and report the mechanic test result.
- Perform match testing on production orders to ensure newly developed products are supplied as indented and will meet the dealer's and end user's expectations.
- Work to understand the root cause of market issues reported to engineering.
- Provide necessary support to develop and implement solutions to resolve technical issues.
- Able to communicate with customers with understanding customer requirements and understand complain points of current product from the customers and results.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electronic, Agricultural, Mechatronic, or any related fields
- GPAX 2.70 for Bachelor’s degree, and 3.30 for Master’s degree
- Good in English (TOEIC at least 550 is required)
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations at an engineering level to support the assigned products.
- Be able to use the computer to enter and retrieve information such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Understanding and skills in software programming or CAD programming (CATIA) are a plus.
- Able to do basic mechanic jobs
- Able to work outside the office such as field test, customer home, or in upcountry.

For neighboring countries of Thailand and other member of ASEAN including Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines, KUBOTA holds the mission to accomplish the integrated system of agricultural mechanization from soil making, planting, maintenance to harvesting their main crops such as rice, sugar cane, cassava, maize, etc.
KUBOTA Research & Development Asia is engaged in developing implements and attachments for agricultural machinery and excavators along with developing harvesting machines for the main crops. Through such R&D, Kubota intends to gain its presence in the agricultural machinery business in the region.
