- Recruiting the employee by organization structure
- Training and developing the capability of the employee
- Responsible on employee wage
- Responsible on employee relations
- Responsible on employee welfare
- Licenses renewal with government agencies
- Responsible on foreign workers, Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodian
- Managing the structure of company’s organization
- Preparing quality managing system document of Personnel department
- Others duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related fields
- At least 7 years experience in HR and Personnel
- Abilities on Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication in English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Service minded
- Being hard-working, honest, and patient
