- Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and implement tracking tools.
- Technology & Improvement: Utilize technology, analyze data, and enhance digital solutions.
- Budget & Costs: Control costs, negotiate contracts, and manage expenses.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to regulations and safety protocols.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 5+ years in last-mile delivery, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong team management and decision-making skills.
- Experience with logistics software & route optimization tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Native Korean and Conversation in Thai language skills.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or logistics.
- Understanding of fleet management and transportation technologies.
