CNC Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated CNC Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations of our CNC department.

If you are a highly skilled professional with at least 15 years of hands-on CNC experience and have a passion for managing and developing a team, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of CNC operators and technicians

• Ensure efficient and accurate operation of CNC machines and equipment

• Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC machines

• Implement best practices and ensure adherence to quality control standards

• Manage workflow and prioritize tasks to meet production goals

• Train and mentor junior staff members

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

• Able to operate CNC machine & able to program CNC machine

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Industrial, Production or related field)

• 15+ years of hands-on experience with CNC machinery and operations

• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Open to all NATIONALITIES, speaking Thai is a big advance point in case of foreigner 

• Must have working/management experience in Asia
