Job Description: Cheque Data Entry Checker
• Receive cheques from customers and verify the number of cheques and the total amount for each customer.
• Input cheque details into the scanning system and submit them to the manager for review.
• Recheck the returned cheques from the manager, ensuring accuracy in reconciliation.
• Perform a final verification and reconciliation of cheque records.
• Upload the verified cheque data into the internal system.
• Serve as a key intermediary to ensure seamless communication and effective coordination between the team and management.
