1. Recruitment and Selection 35%
• Assist in coordinating end-to-end recruitment and selection
2. General Affairs 40%
• Handle overall loop in Admin, Coordinator, GA, IT Support
• Arrange of expats’ schedule and business trip, hotel , driver, flight
• Handle Visa, work permit
• Arrange and update expats’ and business travelers’ VISA and/or Work Permit, Entry Permit.
• Purchase office supplies, sourcing new vendors such as office supplies, hotel, rental car.
• Office management, maintain office facilities, deal with troubles such as PC failures, Printer failures, drivers schedule etc
• Organize customers information and news regarding our business
• IT Support and coordinator with IT Company, responsible for e-mail, internet issues, LAN and others concerned
4. Compensation and Benefits 15%
• Support payroll processes by updating data, calculating overtime, calculating Time Attendance and calculating all leaves
5. Employee Engagement and Relations 5%
• Support and resolve labor issues
• Organize and lead employee activities and corporate events to boost morale and reinforce corporate culture
6. Human Resource Development 5%
• Coordinate and ensure all employees participate in planned training programs, including the induction of new staff
