- Manage and expand sales in traditional trade channels (local retailers, wholesalers).
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure product availability.
- Execute promotions, negotiate deals, and drive sales growth.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely deliveries.
- Gather market insights and competitor activities.
- Meet sales targets and report performance regularly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of sales experience in dealer, local retails, or traditional trade management.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
