- Carried out customer requirements relate to shipment delivery, for example, shipment on holidays or special occasions, and change of freight forward to handle customer shipments.
- Ensure the shipment booking is on time and correct.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, control space and customers shipment schedule.
- Follow up on shipment status to ensure the shipment is delivered to the customer on time.
- Prepare shipping documents; Invoices and Packing list.
- Check the correctness of the invoice, packing list and other documents in the revision of the shipping document before sending it to the forwarder.
- Prepare and record daily summary invoices to the finance and compliance team.
- Assist on issues with Forwarders. Warrant the processing of export shipments and handle customs issues.
- other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business, Science or any related field.
- At least 1 years of direct experience in Shipping
- Good in MS tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP knowledge.
- Able to communicate in English
- Customer focus and Attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills, communication skills and problem-solving skills
