Trading
1. Responsible for all importation process as Importer
2. Understand HS, duty, and required import regulation for import process
3. Check shipping document and confirm declaration form for custom clearance
4. Coordinates with Custom Agent for custom clearance, and Warehouse for cargo delivery
5. Manage & control all import license & permit validity
6. Cost calculation for all shipping cost in Overseas & Domestic transaction
Supply
1. Creates inventory forecasts and sends to suppliers to assist in mutual planning
2. Creates Purchase Orders for approval, sends to Suppliers, maintains tracking reports
3. Updates and confirms order and shipping status
4. Communicates any delays to the merchandising and operations department
5. Supports and assists operation department in inventory inquiries
6. Assists merchandising and logistics team on best order transportation costs
・Need to be able to work shifts
8 hours of actual work specified within working hours from 8:00 to 20:00. Separate lunch break of 1 hour.
Able to work on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
・Good communication skills, Able to communicate in business level English (must)・Japanese (N2, if any)
・At least 2 years' experience as Sales in Freight Forwarder or Trading industry (if any)
・Knowledge of import/export Can check import declarations. (if any)
・MS Office (Excel: Ability to use functions and pivot tables.), good computer literacy (must)
・Ability of Analysis and Problem-solving skill
・Strong communication in team
・Bachelor’s Degree
