- Develop and execute comprehensive offline and online marketing strategies:
Design and implement holistic marketing plans across both traditional (print, events, etc.) and digital channels (social media, e-commerce, search, etc.)
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and product engagement:
Lead the creation of innovative marketing campaigns designed to boost brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales. Oversee creative development, media planning, and campaign execution across multiple platforms, ensuring that messaging resonates with target audiences and reflects the brand's values.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and consumer preferences:
Continuously monitor the competitive landscape, emerging market trends, and consumer behavior through quantitative and qualitative research. Use these insights to adjust marketing strategies, refine product offerings, and maintain the company's competitive advantage in markets.
- Expand and optimize marketing channels to increase reach and customer acquisition:
Identify and evaluate new marketing channels and opportunities for growth, including digital platforms, influencer marketing and experiential campaigns.
- Marketing Budget Management:
Plan and manage the marketing budget to achieve optimal results.
- Marketing Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and measure marketing performance using KPIs and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation within the team.
*Be responsible for multiple brands (electric wire, Solar cell, fitness, gym eqiupment, apparel, cafe etc.)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and management in an executive role.
- Strong digital marketing and social media expertise.
- Proven success in driving growth through innovative campaigns.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, with strong leadership skills that foster collaboration and high performance across departments.
- Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
