- Familiar and understanding of Interior Design and Architectural drawing
- Take-off measurement and forming of bills of quantities
- Knowledge on comparison and analyze to ensure compliance with specification, drawings and BQ (Bill of Quantity)
- Preparation of tender/quotation for submission
- Liaise with Site Engineer and Supervisor to gather work done information and preparation of progress claim
- Attend site valuation/ site meeting with consultants, main contractor
- Preparation of subcontractors/ suppliers’ progress payment certificate
- Updating materials tracking report
- Having good filing practice, keeping, and tracking of record
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Knowledge of interior design works (commercial/retail projects) with ID contract experience preferred
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Building, Construction, or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of working experience in interior contraction work.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Auto-Cad, MS project programming and command of English is advantageous
