Project Director

• Lead and manage the overall planning, execution, and delivery of Turn-Key Design and Build projects.
• Oversee the management of site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues or delays.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications throughout the construction process.
• Prepare and present project reports, updates, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks and challenges to project success.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development among project team members.
• Manage project budgets and costs effectively, ensuring financial control and profitability.
• Analyze project performance, implement cost-saving measures, and optimize resource utilization.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction or interior fitting-out industry.
• Preferred Native English Speaker Male or Female.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• PMP or other relevant project management certification is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in high-end residential or commercial interior fitting-out projects.
