หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Evaluate the company's compensation package and bonus program to align with company plan
Ensure salaries, benefit and contracts are in alignment with the current legislation
Support and propose on monthly payroll calculations, social security and government reports
Align the company's processes with government regulations
Support in preparing necessary documentation (ie. contracts, promotions, terminations, etc) and updating information into master list
Preparing budgets, reports support management and presentations
Update the existing SOPS to align with local regulations and global headquarters
Manage and maintain employee’s historical data, policy, and manuals ensuring it is well organized

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
New graduates are welcome to apply
Good analytical skills with experience in job evaluation and analysis
Good communication, time management and team management skills
Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office skills in Power BI or similar tools are a plus.
Fluent in English (ฺB2 Proficiency)
