Job Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dealership's operations, ensuring high levels of performance in sales, service, and customer satisfaction. This role involves driving profitability, managing staff, and maintaining excellent customer relations while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Business Operations Management:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the dealership, including sales, service, and parts departments.
- Develop and execute business strategies to meet company goals and objectives.
- Ensure the branch meets or exceeds revenue and profit targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to optimize branch performance.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales, service, and administrative staff.
- Set clear performance goals and provide coaching and feedback to staff to foster professional growth.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided throughout all interactions.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics (e.g., NPS) and implement initiatives to improve service quality.
Financial Management:

Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all service and product quality assurance processes are followed (e.g., Warranty Claims, Goodwill Claims).
- Ensure that the branch complies with regulatory and company standards for operations.
Sales and Marketing:
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the dealership.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure all operations comply with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of branch activities, sales, and financial reports.
