หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Manage and oversee projects from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals and business objectives.
Coordinate between development teams and clients to ensure projects are on track and delivered on time.
Analyze client requirements and provide guidance on suitable technical solutions.
Create clear project plans, defining task priorities and timelines.
Assess project risks and adjust plans as necessary to mitigate issue
Manage team resources to ensure optimal performance and development.
Communicate project status with clients and internal teams, addressing any challenges or obstacles that arise
Deliver projects as agreed and provide post-delivery support and guidance.

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in Project Management or managing software development projects.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with relevant development technologies.
Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with both development teams and clients.
Have experience in Insurance business.
Excellent command of English
Able to travel for work in Asia and Southeast Asia.
