หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

- Recruitment process , Posting ads, and Managing the hiring process.

- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.

- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.

- Manage and ensure the accuracy of HR databases and software.

- Foster a positive working environment through active engagement and communication with employees

- Coordinate and assist in organizing company events and activities.

คุณสมบัติ

- Female
- Age 25 - 30 years
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 - 5 year experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, performance management, employee relations, etc.).

- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.

- Proficient in MS Office and HR software

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
