หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Job Responsibilities:

IT Support:

1. Lead the implementation and management of the new Warehouse Management System (WMS).

2. Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for staff and end-users.

3. Manage IT inventory, including hardware and software procurement.

4. Provide training and support to employees on IT-related issues.

5. Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations.

6. Collaborate with other departments to understand IT needs and work with vendors to provide solutions.

7. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and hardware

8. Manage network infrastructure, ensuring security and optimal performance.

9. Monitor and maintain systems to ensure uptime and reliability.

10. Maintain data backups and assist in disaster recovery planning.

Administrative Support:

1. Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.

2. Handle front desk operations, including managing visitor logs, appointments, and visitor services.

3. Coordinate office maintenance and ensure a clean and safe work environment.

4. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries.

5. Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

6. Assist with invoicing, and other administrative tasks as needed.

7. Coordinate office events, meetings, and company team-building activities.

8. Handle any other administrative duties as required.

คุณสมบัติ

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in IT systems implementation, ideally with Warehouse Management Systems.

3. Previous experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist is preferred.

4. Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

7. Language Requirements: English. Chinese language skills are a plus.

8. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are a plus."
