• Coordinate with all relevant parties such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business strategies.
• Forecasting demand and creating supply plans that ensure the availability of materials or products.
• Identify strategies for demand, allocation, and capacity of products and materials needed to complete projects.
• Understand and oversee the life cycle of a product or material.
• Communicate regularly with the sourcing team, import team, supply chain managers, and internal customers.
• Create, update, and maintain Bills of Materials for various products.
• Manage BOM changes and updates through an established change control process.
• Analyze data to identify areas of supply chain operations such as non-move/slow move product to improve efficiency.
• Prepare reports and create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Communicate new ideas with management.
• Execute tasks assigned by the manager.
