หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

- Marketing & Sales support (presentation, customer advice, FQA from sales representatives and clients)

- Organize training courses technical knowledge, standards, WI, and etc. for the team and related persons

- Verify validation document such as reports, standards, and etc.

- Improvement (Team Capacity, Process, Service Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Reference Certificates)

- Ensure that Testing Instrument are functioning within required specifications

- Ensure Testing result are documented and complaiant with regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO, GMO)

- Others if assigned

- Validation knowledge

- Cleanroom concept

- Cleanroom validation knowledge

- Fluent in English
