Industry: Property Developer/ Hotel Management
Salary: 25,000 – 35,000
Location: Bangkok/ Other provinces
Major Responsibilities:
• Project planning and site supervision
• Control project construction to the standard safety, quality on schedule and within the budget
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
• Initiate value engineering and perform regular checks and quality management assessments.
• Assist in resolving pre/post-construction issues and activities.
• Handle the company’s assets maintenance
• Report regularly on project status and submit to Project Director
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any related field
• Thai Nationality only, aged between 27 - 40 years old
• Some years of experience in Site Engineer, project management or others
• Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing best practices
• Willing to travel or relocate to other provinces
• Ability to work independently
• Leadership and presentation skill
