1. ถอดแบบและประเมินราคางานก่อสร้าง
(Make drawings and estimate construction costs.)
2. คิดปริมาณวัสดุเพื่องานจัดซื้อ
(Calculate the amount of materials for purchasing work.)
3. ติดตามผลงานการก่อสร้าง ทำ Cost control เพื่อควบคุมต้นทุนทั้งวัสดุ ควบคุมงบประมาณโครงการ และค่าจ้างแรงงาน
(Follow up on construction work and do cost control to control material costs, project budget and labor costs.)
4. จัดทำ BOQ และเอกสารเสนอราคา
(Prepare BOQ and bidding documents.)
5. คิดปริมาณงานก่อสร้างต่าง ๆ
(Calculate the amount of various construction works.)
6. เปรียบเทียบราคา ฐานราคา และการตรวจสอบสัญญา
(Price comparison, price base and contract verification.)
7. ประสานงานราคาฝ่ายจัดซื้อเพื่อประมูลงาน เอกสารเกี่ยวกับการประมูลงาน
(Coordinate prices for the purchasing department to bid for work and prepare any documents regarding bidding.)
8. ติดต่อและประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมา
(Contact and coordinate with contractors.)
9. จัดทำเอกสารงานเพิ่ม-งานลด, เปรียบเทียบราคาวัสดุ, เอกสารเสนอราคา และเอกสารควบคุมงบประมาณ
(Prepare additional-reduced work documents, compare material prices, bidding documents. and budget control documents.)
10. จัดทำรายงานต่างๆ
(Prepare various reports.)
11. งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
(Other tasks as assigned by supervisors.)
Gender: Male/Female
Age: 28 or above
Experience: at least 3 years.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil Engineering field or related fields.
Skills: MS Office, AUTOCAD, others related to working field.
Language: Fluent in Thai and English
Working skills: Carefully, responsible with excellent communicate and problem solving skill
Others: Must have Senior Professional Engineer License or Professional Engineer License or Associate Engineer License.
