Product Development Manager

• Strategic Planning and Execution:
• Develop and implement the business unit's strategic plan aligned with the overall company objectives
• Drive business growth through effective strategies, market analysis, and expansion opportunities in the solar energy sector.

Team Leadership and Management

• Lead and mentor a team, including product managers, Developer, PIMs, and administrator, building a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Set clear objectives, monitor performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations for team members.

Client Relationship Management:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns, managing expectations, and negotiating contracts.

Financial Management and Budgeting

• Develop and manage the business unit's budget, ensuring financial status and profitability while controlling costs and maximizing revenue.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective.

Project Oversight and Delivery:

• Oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful delivery of product.
• Collaborate with product managers to manage project risks, resources, schedules, and budgets effectively.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, safety protocols, and quality assurance processes across all projects and products.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Market Analysis and Business Development:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential risks, informing strategic decisions and product development.

Operational Efficiency and Process Optimization:

• Optimize operational processes, workflows, and methodologies to enhance business unit efficiency and productivity.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement measures to streamline operations and achieve operational excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree business administration, Engineering or a related filed.
• 3-5 years of Proven working experience as a Product manager, business unit manager or in related field.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong conceptual design, expertise in building code and feasibility
• Possessing creativity thinking, result and details oriented, and problem-solving skills
• Advance knowledge of drafting software including AutoCAD and SketchUp or similar design software.
• Strong knowledge of architecture, interior design, construction principles and understanding of applicable laws.
• Knowledge and experience in Master planning, large scale mixed-development and interior Design will be an added advantage.
• Ability to translate concepts into functional construction designs and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
