Sales Engineer - BIIC Company (Special Contract)

- Conduct in-depth needs analysis and solution consultations to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional software products and services for Zycoda and Qonnect brands
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business development, marketing & sales development, technical and project management to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to record and track sales activities, pipeline progression, and forecast accuracy.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to drive product enhancements and improvements based on customer insights and market feedback.
- Additional Assignments and Related Tasks : This includes crafting product strategies that encompass the integration of IoT, AI, and maintenance system within our product portfolio
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent work experience).
- 3-5 Year experienced in industrial product sales or related fields.
- Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management System, Manufacturing Execution System, Industrial IoT, Machine learning are advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate complex software solutions.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to personal transportation for travel to client meetings and industry events as required.
