Location: Laemchabang, Chonburi
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of over 100 staff members in the areas of engineering and facility maintenance.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of heavy equipment, including Quay Cranes, RTGs, and Reachstackers.
• Develop and implement strategies for efficient facility management and engineering operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all operational processes.
• Collaborate with various departments to support overall terminal efficiency and operational success.
• Provide training, mentorship, and support to engineering teams to enhance their performance and capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in port terminal operations or heavy equipment management.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams (100+ staff).
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively and make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of Maritime Transportation principles and practices is an advantage.
