IQC Manager
บริษัท จัดหางาน เจมิไน เพอร์ซันเนล จำกัด- IQC Department Setup: Lead the setup of the Incoming Quality Control (IQC) department, including defining roles, responsibilities, workflows, and establishing quality control procedures for incoming materials.
- Quality Control Systems Implementation: Develop and implement IQC protocols, including inspection and testing procedures, ensuring the new plant adheres to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Work closely with suppliers to communicate quality requirements, ensuring they understand and meet the company’s quality standards for incoming goods.
- Process Development: Design and establish processes for receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming materials and components to ensure they meet quality expectations.
- Team Leadership and Training: Recruit, train, and mentor the IQC team to ensure high standards of performance. Provide ongoing guidance on quality control methods, safety procedures, and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the incoming quality control process and implement strategies to optimize quality assurance efforts. Regularly review KPIs to monitor performance and address any issues.
- Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, regulatory requirements). Conduct periodic internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the IQC system.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with procurement, production, and R&D teams to ensure that quality expectations are met throughout the production process.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data from quality checks, inspections, and audits, preparing reports on quality performance and presenting findings to senior management. Provide solutions for recurring quality issues.
- Documentation Management: Develop and maintain documentation for all incoming material inspections, quality records, and test results to ensure traceability and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality control, preferably in manufacturing or similar industries.
- Proven experience in setting up and managing IQC processes in a new plant or facility.
- Strong knowledge of quality control systems, methodologies, and industry standards.
- Experience in supplier quality management and audits.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ability to lead and manage a team in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English
