Senior HRM Specialist (1 year fixed-term contract)

• Consolidate payroll database and process run payroll for Thailand BUs.
• Coordinate with Plant HR to ensure distribution of pay slip.
• Prepare all documents of social security, PF, PND for monthly submit.
• Ensure effectiveness of HR software & system tools by coordinate with Power Vision team, EMPOWER Central support team and IT.
• Responsible for salary administration, analyze compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposal and budgets.
• Manage HRMS program in accordance with established work instruction by ensure accuracy of e-slip and e-tax deduction data.
Employee’s benefit and welfare
• Coordinate with insurance company in Annual Health Insurance.
• Arrange annual physical check of company.
• Arrange group accident insurance.
• Implement and support employee question about company rules and regulations, social security, tax and PF to employee.
• Attend welfare committee in terms of benefit contents handling and document preparation to be aligned with Labor department required.
• Study, design, implement and propose the benefit programs.
• Lead benefits management both daily operations and data analysis to ensure company budget is effectively managed.
• Review annual employee benefits and propose improvement in terms of new hire and physical health check to comparative within market.
Employee database
• Up to date employee record of Head Office in Power Vision.
• Up to date all documents of employee record in employee files.
• Responsible as main user support of EMPOWER and Talentsoft in terms of update, operate, suggest improvement and support for users requires & questions for all Thailand BU.
• Manager and ensure the effective on time-off (online leave system) and continue improvement for accuracy and up to date including review and monitor all data under Thailand.
Expatriate Management
• Prepare all required documents for work permit and visa application and extension.
• Coordinate with agency for work permit and visa application, 90 days report and renewal.
• Maintain data record of expatriate expenditure for payroll and ensure policy alignment.
• Arrange relocation set up in terms of accommodation and office tools and supply preparation.
