Job Requirements:
• Manager of Networking, Infrastructure, Compliance, and Datacenter Access Rights
1. General Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Experience:
• At least 10 years of experience in computer networking.
• At least 5 years of experience in team of people management.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in network infrastructure such as LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall, Load Balancer, and Cloud Networking.
• Cooperate with service providers.
Language Proficiency:
• Good command in English and Japanese Communication is preferable.
2. Technical Expertise
In-depth knowledge in:
• Designing and implementing network infrastructure.
• Configuring network systems, such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, or similar network devices.
• Organizational intranet systems, including inter-office connectivity.
• Network security solutions such as Firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption.
• Compliance standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2, or other IT regulations.
• Virtualization and Cloud Infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Configuration and management of monitoring and alerting systems.
3. Management and Administrative Skills
• Project Management: Proficient in planning, executing, and overseeing projects.
• Process Optimization: Ability to evaluate and improve the efficiency of network and infrastructure processes.
• Risk and Incident Management: Skilled in identifying risks and managing incidents effectively.
• Team Leadership: Capable of coaching and developing team members.
• Vendor Negotiation: Experience in negotiating with vendors and managing the procurement of networking equipment.
4. Additional Skills (Preferred)
Professional Certifications:
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or higher.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
• ITIL Foundation Certificate.
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
Work Experience:
• Prior experience in large manufacturing organizations or high-security industries such as finance or healthcare.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
