Administrative Officer (Mira Valley - Phuket)

- Manage the daily operations of the project office, including supply procurement, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of administrative activities, such as contracts, invoices, and correspondence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules for project staff and visitors.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation as required by project leadership.
- HR Coordination (Local Support):
- Collaborate with the HR HQ team to facilitate recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and onboarding support for local hires.
- Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures at the local level.
- Act as a liaison between local employees and the HR HQ team, addressing queries and escalating issues as needed.
- Organize employee engagement activities and team-building events in alignment with HQ HR initiatives
- Provide administrative assistance to the COO and project leadership team, including meeting coordination, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
- Support health and safety initiatives by ensuring compliance with local regulations and company protocols.
- Assist with budget tracking for administrative expenses and provide regular updates to project leadership.
