- Manage the balance between Demand & Supply for FG and Consumables across Product, while overseeing both local and international suppliers to align with business goals.
- Analyze challenges and develop a planning system for purchasing both domestically and internationally, ensuring an efficient Demand & Supply process.
- Improve and enhance the Sales Forecast system to increase accuracy, while driving a transition to a more efficient Digital Workplace.
- Effectively manage the Phase In - Phase Out process for various products to optimize inventory control.
- Monitor and control Excess Stock to minimize operational burdens while maximizing product sales opportunities.
- Oversee the Order Fulfillment process to ensure demand alignment and proper inventory levels each year.
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001/ISO14001 standards in all relevant activities and operations.
-Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or other related fields
-2-5 years of experience in Inventory Planning
-Strong planning and analytical skills
-Proficient in Advanced Excel, VBA, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools
-Fluent in spoken and written English (TOEIC 700+)

The acquisition of Inchcape NRG (Thailand) provided Ricoh with distributors and service posts throughout the country.
