HR Supervisor

Overall : The HR Supervisor will oversee and manage various HR functions, including time attendance and payroll, employee relations, procedures and documentation, budget planning, benefits and welfare, work permits and visas, performance appraisals, training and development, and recruitment. This role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a solid understanding of HR management principles, and the ability to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Responsibilities :
Time Attendance & Payroll:
- Oversee daily attendance tracking and ensure accurate records.
- Process monthly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Manage the online leave system, approving and tracking employee leave requests.
- Develop and maintain shift schedules to meet operational needs.
- Monitor working hours and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Manage and approve overtime requests and payments.
Employee Relationship:
- Develop and enforce company rules and regulations.
- Provide advice and assistance to employees regarding company policies and procedures.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
Procedures and Documentation:
- Conduct assessments and follow up on the probation process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Budget Plan:
- Develop and manage manpower planning and budgeting.
- Monitor HR-related expenses and ensure they align with the budget.
Benefit Welfare:
- Administer employee benefits and welfare programs.
- Ensure employees are informed about their benefits and assist with any inquiries.
Work Permit & Visa:
- Handle work permit and visa applications for employees.
- Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
Performance Appraisal:
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
- Identify training and development needs and implement appropriate programs.
Training and Development:
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Identify training needs through performance evaluations and employee feedback.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
Recruitment:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Conduct background checks and reference checks for potential hires.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Proficiency in English and MS Office
- Knowledge of Social Security, Taxation, and Labor Law
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
