The Product Specialist is responsible for providing expert product knowledge, support, and training to customers and sales teams. Key responsibilities include:
1. Product Demonstration: Conducting engaging product demos and addressing customer inquiries.
2. Post-Sales Support & Training: Offering installation guidance, product training, and ongoing customer support.
3. Sales Team Support: Preparing product manuals, training sales representatives, and ensuring they have the necessary tools to sell effectively.
4. Marketing & Tradeshow Support: Participating in marketing activities and tradeshows to showcase products and attract new clients.
5. Administrative Duties: Managing reports, CRM updates, and documentation related to product performance.
6. Customer Feedback: Collecting insights from customers and relaying feedback to the product development and marketing teams.
• Male/Female, Age 25-35 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Radiology, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience of Sales or Specialist in Medical Product Business
• Has a technical background within the Hospital industry and having a commercial degree would be an advantage
• Good command of reading written and spoken English
• Good service-minded and communication skill
• Have own car and ability to work in upcountry
