- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for plastic resins, packaging materials, and other related products.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with suppliers, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely deliveries.
- Monitor market trends and pricing for raw materials, ensuring the company remains competitive.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure materials are stored properly and delivered to production on time.
- Continuously seek cost-saving opportunities and methods for more efficient purchasing.
- Manage price negotiations and contracts to maintain cost-effective purchasing while meeting quality standards.
- Ensure that all procurement activities are compliant with the company’s policies and relevant regulations.
- Maintain thorough documentation for audits, supplier contracts, and purchase orders.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Science or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement.
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Experienced in the plastic packaging or manufacturing industry will be a plus
- Ability to negotiate favorable pricing and terms while maintaining supplier relationships.
- Familiar to ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interest in sustainability and environmentally responsible procurement.
- Able to communicate in Chinese Language
