- Organizational Development Strategy:
- Develop and execute OD strategies to align with the company’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify improvement opportunities and recommend effective solutions.
- Collaborate with leaders to ensure alignment of team and individual goals with organizational objectives.
- Review and improve HR policies, systems, and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Employee Engagement:- Develop and oversee employee engagement strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and propose action plans to address concerns.
Change Management:- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and cultural change.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with department heads and key stakeholders to identify and address organizational needs.
- Act as a consultant and advisor on OD-related matters.
- Bachelor’s degree of higher in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, HR, or a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in HR analytics and tools.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams, with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Good command of English skill

The group has been successfully operating five sugar mills in China (Funan, Chongzou, Tuolu, Ningming, and Haitang) for more than 13 years and newly start up the paper mill with a capacity of 60,000 tons per year in Chongzou. In 2006, our group received a concession on more lands for sugarcane cultivation and sugar mill construction from The Lao People’s Democratic Republic and Cambodia.
