Sale Executive (บริษัทในเครือ / Motif luxury Furniture)

***This position could be working with “MOTIF” the luxury brand of Modernform Group***

1. Sales & Customer Service

             a. Engage with clientele and understand their needs.

             b. Provide personalized consultations and recommendations.

             c. Handle inquiries, negotiations, and closing high-value sales.

2. Product Knowledge & Presentation

             a. Maintain deep knowledge of luxury furniture collections, materials, and design trends.

             b. Showcase and demonstrate furniture pieces to customers.

             c. Educate customers on craftsmanship, customization options, and exclusive designs.

3. Store & Brand Representation

             a. Represent the brand professionally in all interactions.

             b. Ensure showroom and product displays align with luxury branding and merchandising standards.

4. Order Management & Coordination

             a. Process orders, track deliveries, and coordinate with logistics teams.

             b. Work closely with designers and manufacturers for custom orders.

             c. Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
