Finance And Accounting Supervisor

- Receive bills and bill customers Including documenting the organization's payments
- Record payments in all payment channels (money transfers, petty cash, credit cards) including all interbank transfer accounts
- Prepare payment voucher (Payment Voucher)
- Prepare expense control files and check the accuracy and completeness of monthly expenses.
- Reconcile the bank account on the payment side.
- Estimate the amount of cash received - paid along with preparing reports to send to executives
- Prepare and submit requests for the bank to issue various guarantees.
- Prepare a report on outstanding creditors and reconcile monthly creditors and accounts related to the creditor side for closing the monthly budget.
- Coordinate with creditors and debtors
- Summary of items that need to be paid according to the payment cycle. To make transfer transactions in the banking system (K-Conect) according to the payment cycle.
- Control, supervise and calculate withholding tax and various value added taxes of the organization, issue and deliver withholding tax certificates.
- Prepare tax details for submission to the Revenue Department.
- Collect information and supporting documents for payment and send to the accounting department
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor
- Graduated with a vocational certificate or bachelor's degree in accounting
- Have a moderate understanding of English
- Work experience (Professional Experiences) 1-3 years or more experience in accounting
- Have knowledge of accounting standards and tax laws
- Have knowledge and understanding of taxes, Por Ngor Dor 3 / Por Ngor Dor 53 / Por Ngor Dor 54 and Por Por 36
- Have the ability to use the company's ready-made programs (Business Plus)
- Have good use of MS Office programs (Word & Excel)
- Have good responsibility for assigned tasks
- Have the ability to work under pressure
- Have the ability to work in a variety of fields, have a positive attitude and are ready to accept new things
